playroom/gameroom ideas
Comments (3)Thanks for the ideas! teacats, the Billy bookcases look great and their other shelving units look like they would work well too. I'll have to get to the store (1 hr away, sigh..) and look at the options. I have trouble piecing that stuff together without looking at it. Maybe lots of shelves with baskets to hold the little stuff? camminc, what a cute room! I love all the bright colors which are needed in our basement. I'll definately add a chalkboard. I have an easle type and it takes up precious floor space, but on the wall would work out great!...See MoreLittle basement/playroom facelift
Comments (7)eliza, my photos might be deceiving but the room is painted a pale green (BM Soft Fern) and isn't going to be re-painted any time soon! It's a big room (about 20' x 20') open to another big room (where our pool table is), and both were painted just about two years ago. Thanks for all the nice comments! I remembered 1 or 2 people were asking about playroom ideas recently so I figured I'd show mine....See MoreArea rugs and Throw pillows
Comments (6)ok, my lovely modern art pillows have now decided to disappear. i disagree on the size. saw a couch with different sizes in each corner, all blue, gorgeous! i will look for more. and i don't remember about the rugs, once gone, gone. you can look in my ideabook. actually not sure i had any other rugs. i have to go think about the pillows, not feeling them right now....See MorePlayroom Ideas
Comments (14)Thank you so much!!! I really love the first and third colors, I just feel like the tone of the colors in the rug is actually throwing off what I am normally drawn to. How do you think a pale gray or a creamy white would look? If I do the white I would do colored curtains. I am struggling with pulling in the colors throughout the room without it looking too dark (room doesn't get tons of natural light) or too busy. Here is a look I found of white walls....See MoreBetsy Cain
