Thanks for posting Christine. We are really mixed on it, now that it has dried and set for a couple of days. Oldest son feels it is too baby-boy nursery blue, and daughter said "well it was the best of the 3 colors you offered me." I see what they are saying. I was hoping for a spa-like feel and well, you all know. You're more up on the trends than me. Husband had to install the cabinet for granite templating tomorrow. I could still paint but if I do repaint, he has requested I get it done before the granite itself is in, which gives me until Friday AM. Am going to go to the guy who's good at Benajamin Moore tomorrow. It is a longer commute to go there than some of the other paint companies. I will try to get a pix up early tomorrow AM. Hosted houseguests and Easter dinner. All good stuff and my kids got a chance to hang out with some close family friends but I'm a little tired.

'Can't help you with the colors, but I just wanted to say that there was a topic here or in painting within the last 2 weeks where someone had painted their kitchen ceiling blue and the the blue was reflecting down on the top of their white walls and cabinets. I can't seem to find the exact topic so I don't know how the matter was resolved. Maybe someone else will remember.

I think you are being much too hard on yourself. I think it looks great. The light concrete is a good color for your historic home. I would consider painting the gray trim about 2 shades darker to emphasize that pretty roofline.

I really think your house looks great, as is. Maybe you could go a bit darker on your trim, along the lines of your roof color - if you want to change the trim. I can’t see your door, but I could imagine something like this mahogany door looking great on your house. Nice lights shown here flanking this door, as well. But other than that I just think lighting around house and on grounds would make your place even more fabulous. But that’s about it. adding: if you really wanted to take it in a super modern direction, it would be landscaping related. Going in a more modern style with your landscaping. But I think your landscaping looks good and is tastefully classic. So you can go either way with that.
