RECIPE: Yummy Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies
Comments (1)I agree, they are very good, though I made them without the white chocolate (don't like it), and I used a lot less cranberries. It's a good cookie dough, too, which is the real test of a cookie....See MoreCranberry Lemon Cookies...(pic)
Comments (23)Jen, my opinion would be that you could leave the nuts out - there is a similar recipe on the recipe exchange right now that has nuts as an "optional" ingredient. Mix all in one pan….buy a 2 pound bag of brown sugar and eye-ball half of it. Melt butter in 2 qt sauce pan, add sugar, stir and allow to cool measure flour, add salt and Baking Powder and mix Beat the eggs ( with a spoon) into the sugar butter mix, add the flour…add the chocolate chips and nuts if desired….turnout into a jelly roll pan and bake….don’t over bake!
