Help with Exterior Color (Big Color Correction!!)

I'm in desperate need of curb appeal and advice on exterior paint color! We have a combination brick, stone (tons of color variation), wood siding, and some sort of lead coated metal wrapping the chimney, stone patio/retaining wall, walkway, porch. A new side door and some windows recently replaced are an anodized bronze (almost black) aluminum, some back exterior windows and sliding doors are a white aluminum, the rest are wood. We have color (maple reds, yellows, barberry) in the landscaping. Our interior style is modern (think modern maple cabinets, black granite, stainless steel). I'd like to go grey family but warmer tones (not cool). a color consultant is suggesting light colors, but a designer friend says dark, yikes? The dark SW color is Peppercorn 7020, the light on top left card is Revere Pewter BM 172. I also like Black Fox SW3471 and Aviatrix SW3472 on the darker side.

Also, what color pop for the front door? Orange? Red? (it's currently a purple). Pics posted
