Need Ideas for Vanity Backsplash and Shower/Tub Niche

I'm remodeling my 9ft x 7ft bathroom and could use some advice.

The new 60 inch vanity will be walnut with a clear stain. I'm keeping the full size mirror above it (60 inches wide and 42 inches high. The vanity top will be Caesarstone "Haze". The floor and shower/tub surround will be St. Moritz II in Olive (12x24 inches, by Emser). Fixtures will be brushed nickel.

My initial plan was to use the Haze for the vanity's back and side splashes. Now I'm thinking it may look too plain. It's color matches the lighter shade in the St. Moritz, so it does all tie together

I am not a fan of accent tiles for the tub surround, but feel there needs to be some contrast in the wall niche. The tile I've picked has a matching 2x2 mosaic (in 12 inch sheets), but I'm wondering if it will be too much of the same thing. On-line I found a St Moritz II multicolor mosaic (all colors from that series of tile), but wonder if it would stick out like a sore thumb.

Would there be something I could use for both the niche and the back/side splash?

Your thoughts and ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
