Just had these given to me, can I get an Id please

Don't have an ID for you, but are this leaves or pups? Are they in water?

If so, not the recommended way to start these plants, UNLESS you'll be growing them hydro & LEAVING them in the water. Otherwise they're likely to rot, I'd get them out of the water.

S. trifasciata `Laurentii Compacta'. has shorter leaves with darker green coloration between the gold bands than `Laurentii'. Just a wild guess due to the photo. If they are leaf cuttings, They will most likely loose the yellow in the leafs.

Karen grows sans in water but I find it quite hard to do. Watch for rot.

So we're going with field mustard. If there were livestock in this field they would he kept it cleaned up. 10 days after my OP and not a flower left. Am thinking a high today of 91°F means mustard blooming is finished.

I think it most looks like e. melaco. I'm going to clip off the long stems and propogate them. There are "babies" at the base which can take over. Thanks for mentioning that other forum. I've not known of it.
