Sorry to hear this is happening. As an attorney, let me say that none of us can second guess your lawyer's advice, although it is a bit surprising he wants you to write a demand letter. I suppose the advantage is that if your letter did the trick, you wouldn't have to pay attorney fees. I'm assuming your state does not allow you to recover attorney fees in a case like this? Might be a good question for your lawyer. Another thought: if this is going to wind up in litigation, your comments on this thread and anywhere else on social media will likely be discoverable, that is, the other side could request copies and potentially use them against you in court. I tell my clients to maintain "radio silence" with the world regarding their cases except with me. You may think nothing you are saying makes a difference, but we have had cases seriously compromised by social media our client never thought would be a problem. Good luck in getting this matter resolved.

Fori, I thought about the change in the style possibly being due to the smaller size top drawer too, but it just looked too different to me. It seems like the outermost raised part going around the drawer should be the same width and with the same little bead detail around it. Maybe losing the raised center part or something? I don't have a clue. All I knew was that looked like a mistake IMHO. It would really bother me as shown. Also, when you look at the inside edge of each drawer, they line up pretty well. But as you then look to the outside edge, the top drawer looks like it sticks out about a half inch further then the bottom two drawers. If they tried to adjust it more centered then both sides would not line up. Sorry, my OCD just kicked into high gear. ;-) Jackuval, thanks for the info. The concrete is still wet which means the water that hits the top can't move through it and dissipate. With that being said, this is enough pooling for concern. Keep an open line of communication open with the contractor as the corcrete cures

Get some sample boards made (I would go with the paint chip in the middle, myself). Since you have eastern facing windows in the LR, it will be in the shade most of the day so walls will look darker. Prop the boards in different areas next to the rug and see if the colors work together at different times during the day. Here are some other colors that would work as accents.Another fun thing to do is to go to a fabric store and find a printed fabric that you like that have your taupe colors in it. Then use the other colors for accent colors. You can buy a 1/4 of a yard of the fabric to take with you when you are shopping for pillows or accessories - even furniture.
