What size air pump is needed to drive 12 metres of diffuser tubes?

I currently have my first hydroponic tomatoes growing beautifully outside and I want to set up a hydroponic strawberry garden using four 3m x 100mm PVC waste pipes. I have designed a simple device to vary the depth of water in each tube and I propose to aerate them using eight 120cm soft rubber diffuser tubes or perhaps 16 x 60cm tubes (see https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Air-Wall-Bubble-Stone-Air-Pump-Oxygen-Diffuser-Tube-for-Aquarium-Fish-Tank/172660798580?hash=item283362b474:m:mFlXkeRSi2cZN2ocVHsGTfg). the tubes are 12 mm in diameter and I would have between 25mm and 65mm of nutrient in each tube.

My question is how many cubic feet per minute (cfm) will I need to keep these tubes well supplied with air? The largest pump I can find under $100 (an arbitrary ceiling) is 85 litres per minute. Is that going to cut it? Is there a rule of thumb for calculating this sort of thing?
