Ok thanks! I realized that boards from one of the big box stores didn't match the rest and the nano white is darker than the others.

Lovely kitchen! I agree with others those bar stools aren't working though. Since the dining room table will be close by the island, I might do something different in color to set them off. What about a molded Eames-style chair in a bright color? I don't particularly care for the color below, but they come in a host of colors, and you can get ones that swivel: Depending on what color your back splash is, I think this peacock blue color would work well in your space: I have the chair version of these in white as our dining room table chairs and have two young kids are the are easy to wipe down and worry-free.

I don't know what the Runtal radiators look like. These are cast iron radiators? If they are normally mounted flush with the wall then attaching them to the baseboards will leave an unwanted gap, won't it? If they are not supposed to be flush and a space is normally present, a little wider won't matter. There are more than one reason to close the gap between the drywall and the floor. If it can't be seen, it does not matter much how you close it. Quarter round with some caulk sealant should work fine. I don't entirely understand what mean by "bleed the baseboards..." If you have radiators, a baseboard is superfluous. Bleeding them in in the vertical direction will look too busy for me. On the other hand, you won't have radiators along the entire length of the walls so you will want a baseboard where there is no radiator and you want the transition to look pleasing. That is a judgement call and depends on what else you are doing with the room. In general, however, I'd probably like to line up the top of the rads with something that resembles them very much even if it does not stand as far proud of the wall. That is just my preference and it assumes a boxy radiator with a pretty modern look. Matching it might mean some custom millwork.

@Janelle rVarathane Kona might be a good option it still has some red undertones so it would be a warmer brown. Ebony would defiantly make it darker and be a bit more matchy/matchy with the table. Or you can throw caution to the wind and do a Weathered Gray- this one you would have to strip the cabinets to bare wood in order for it not to look weird. Rustoleum has Dark Walnut that might be pretty as well and then again throwing caution to the wind there is a color called SunBleached which would be very similar to your flooring. Minwax has a lot of mixable colors as well. The downfall to mixable is there is always room for error- meaning if you run out, even if they use the same formula there is a chance that it could be different one can to another. what i would suggest is to figure out what wood species the cabinets are ( based off of the pictures I would guess Alder or Hickory, they seem to have a lot of variations in the tone) and test out the colors in your kitchen. IMO I would go darker- I think the darker colors like the Kona or maybe even an Espresso would really make the floor and the counter top POP! And if you decide to paint them Prep work is key! From experience taking the extra time to prep the cabinets and make sure they are super clean before painting is the difference between wow and oh no! Good luck!
