Karndean korlok flooring - texas white ash?
Comments (52)There are installed photos of warm brushed oak KarnDean on Instagram & Facebook just hashtag search . Brushed means brushed blended visually not texturally hope this makes sense. Texture is same across all the Korlock KarnDean. The planks are non repeating like all KarnDean LVP. The warm brushed oak planks are more uniform (not much wood knot look) when compared to ‘warm ash’ or Texas white ash which are both more patchy when installed , color like real wood variable plank to plank which can be seen on installs on IG & FB. Canadian Urban Oak has the wood knot look and grain appearance as well as non repeating planks while not being patchy. Again several installed images are on IG & FB. Hth good luck...See MoreDoes anyone have photos of COREtec floors in Waddington Oak

Comments (42)Our new house was built in 12/2021. I told the design center I needed a waterproof/pet proof/ kid proof/scratch proof floor and that I can mop clean daily. I chose Cortona mission collection wild mustang. It was beautiful. Looked amazing. Unfortunately it has not been holding up. I could see the edges starting to curl, I had to be super careful with moving furniture, and there was some weird sticky substance that kept buklding up everywhere. In 10/2022 I told the builder and they came to inspect with the installer. Then installer sent an inspector and moisture level tested. The installer also said I coukd only use Bona and the light coming from my windows could be warping it. I said all this is BS. Ive had LVP by Cortec installed and its the best floor ever and had for 3 years with no problems. Builder replaced it with same flooring. 3 months later im noticing edging curling again. Now im being told you have to dry mop it, all furniture needs to have padding or else it voids the manufacture warranty. Bottom line folks. Ill be replacing it with cortec a brand I trust. I didnt sign ul to treat my glooring as if its an infant. It flooring!!! Plus I made my needs and wants very clear....See MoreNuCore Performance Luxury Vinyl Flooring Review
Comments (113)I just purchased the LVP NuCore form the F&D. The installers started to put the floor down but it was breaking. This is a common theme with tis product. I believe it is because it is so rigid/brittle. I tried to take it back to the F&D but they stated behind the product and said that installers made a mistake when putting floor in. I lost about $1500 with F&D as even though it was bad product they didn't take the opened box back. It was so frustrating since the workers lost time installing the floor and then taking it down. I was very disappointed with customer service. I will try to contact NuCore directly about this product. Just FYI few boxes were ok, but a lot of them were breaking. they also packed couple of boxes broken in half....See More- 5 months ago
