Parmesan Biscuit Bites

User

I served these at a luncheon this week. I will be making them again! I can see them with soups or stews. They are easy and obviously make a lot of bites!

PARMESAN CHEESE BISCUIT BITES

2 T. butter, melted

¼ c. vegetable oil

1 large can biscuits (I prefer Pillsbury Grands)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (the one in the can is great here)

1 T. minced parsley (or you can use dried parsley)

Mix butter and oil. Mix Parmesan and parsley. Quarter biscuits and roll in butter mixture until well coated. Roll buttered biscuits in Parmesan mixture. Place biscuits close together on a baking sheet and bake until barely done, according to the directions on can of biscuits (mine said 350 for 12 minutes).
