Given they raised over $25,000 last year and hope to raise the same this year, I'd guess they'll continue into the foreseeable future barring some major change or problem. (I don't recall what was raised in other years. I'm thinking the first year was over $10,000 but I'd have to check to be sure.) I just drove by and looked at it. 350 hours of labor went into it. Because of the limited time frame (two going back to school) and they really wanted to have it up for the super bowl they recruited a couple friends to help. Several truckloads of snow were brought in and they also transported snow by sled from nearby tennis courts. One other tidbit, it's not a situation where they just push the snow into a pile and it holds together. The snow is brought into their garage (that is heated to 90°) to get the snow to the desired packable consistency. Solid snow, 19' tall at its highest point. (You can guess where.) All from working with a 3" snowfall. And keep in mind they usually work on it for weeks. This time they literally had days. Shows what determination can achieve.

I can only imagine the feeling of accomplishment they must feel when they finish these projects. Gives me a lot of hope for the future. Here's how it looked tonight:
