Bartz Boys did it again

(And to make that nameless someone happy, Bartz people did it again!)

"Diggs" the lobster was debuted minutes ago. The 19 foot snow sculpture was the seventh creation by the three brothers who like outdoor activities and dislike video games. They're once again raising money for charity.

It almost didn't happen. This has been a limited snow season so far in the Twin Cities and had it not been the snowfall the last few days, cooperative neighbors and a truck carrying snow from tennis courts they wouldn't have been able to build the 19' tall sculpture. They wanted to have it for the Super Bowl but due to school schedules they were down to their last few days where they'd be able to build their creation this year. The three brothers worked 16 hrs a day to complete "Diggs" and had help from a couple friends this time around.

These guys impress me. I'm going to go take a look at it either tonight or tomorrow.

Oh, "Diggs" was selected by votes, it represents that lobsters dig in the bottom of the ocean, but also named after that Viking player of the same name who put the team into the NFC playoffs.

What did you do this weekend??? :)

Not enough snow in your yard, what to do?
