Have YOU found any deals or bargains lately? Hhhhmmmmmm............?
Comments (79)Me either, functionthenlook. The woman who sold it said she didn't use it because she is a "from scratch baker" and had no use for it. I took that to mean there may be a school of thought out there that bread made in a bread machine doesn't count as homemade. I like to bake things like pita bread, English muffins, pizza dough, dinner rolls and hamburger buns. Looking into the future, I see the machine as being a huge time saver when it comes to mixing, kneading and proofing the dough for me. My first loaf is rising and it's looking pretty good!...See MoreHave YOU found any bargains or deals lately? Hhhhhmmmmmm.......?
Comments (45)I just took advantage of this deal from No7 (Boots--a company in the UK). I've bought their skin creams before, including this one, so when I heard about this set of three face creams--day, night, and serum--I ordered it as a gift for my daughter. List price was $77.99, reduced to $58.49. The price using the BRADSYS code was $30 shipped. Good deal! You can find it here...See MoreHave YOU found any bargains or deals lately?
Comments (145)I meant to share this earlier- it's just a super handy dandy thingy that I found at the Dollar Tree ( so it is now $1.25) I keep my charging cables in here and can always find them easily. I keep it in my purse on a daily basis and when we traveled it was just so handy. All patterns and a few different shapes. Mine is about 2 1/2 or 3 inches square. and open- (it also has a net pocket inside. Gotta love it....See MoreHave YOU found any bargains or deals? August
Comments (53)I needed to replace the nearly-falling-apart cotton sheeting capris that I live in at home during the hot days - late in the season, so colors were limited, plus I wanted clearance prices. I finally googled the brand of one of the old ones (Erika) and came up with Boscov's - they actually also had a different brand, but pretty much identical, all cotton, and a couple of acceptable colors. Also had a 20% off coupon! even though shipping was a bit higher than I hoped - still, all told, I got 2 pair for $14 + change each. Capris Also I had a couple of good curb rescues: a George Kovacs ceiling pendant that was missing a globe (replaced from the local lighting store); a floor lamp that just needed a new socket, a table lamp that was perfect, and this Safavieh shag rug that needed a heavy cleaning - but turned out just fine! I'll probably sell the rug instead of donating since I had to put more than usual effort/time into it. Likewise the pendant - looks like it sells for $400-500 new - someone will get a bargain (my ceilings are too low in my small house to use it, too bad!)...See Moreravencajun Zone 8b TX
