Leftovers/enough for DH: I put pork chops in the crock pot, made them taste like pepper steak. Garlic butter rice. Ice cream for dessert.

I had a can of tuna, heavy on the ground sea salt & pepper. Had a HUGE cheese & jalapeno bagel w/ herbed cream cheese for breakfast, not that hungry now. I'll have dessert tho. :0)

I made a big batch of black beans and rice...it includes fire roasted tomatoes and some unsweetened cocoa powder like a mole sauce...very tasty and good for you.

Chicken breasts with a Mexican inspired marinade, grilled and served with Spanish rice and refried beans, yum!

Chicken noodle soup over here. Plus I need to shed a few pounds (3 usually) to make up for the ones I will put on over the holidays.

Don't feel like cooking so I picked up Subway sandwiches for me and Lauren.

Chicken a la king, Roasted a nice chicken a couple of weeks ago, saved some meat for this meal. Will serve it over texas toast. Just me tonight, hubby is working.

I made a low carb taco salad and had a pumpkin scone with coffee for dessert.

I'm tired....played bridge until 4:00 pm. and then ran some errands. didn't get home until 5:30. I was going to cook up some salmon but will probably just heat up some macaroni and cheese that's sitting in the refrigerator and make a small salad.

Just the kiddos and I this evening. We had creamed tuna on toast with a side of carrot sticks, celery and radishes. Finished up with apple crisp out of the oven.

I love creamed tuna on toast. Do you put any thing extra in it? I put peas and parmesan cheese and ground pepper in it.

I might have a grilled cheese sandwich. (says the person who did keto for years...). I've been so sick with a horrible chest cold all week I'll be lucky if I can even eat that. I've managed to eat a few arrowroot cookies for breakfast. I don't wish this cold on anyone.

lgmd, every once in awhile my husband brings home Mrs. Grass soup, even though I make a great soup. It's funny. It's so salty it makes my lips burn when I taste it, lol.

I made tacos tonight, with some pulled beef, homemade salsa, etc. Pretty tasty and a nice change.

We had a cross country cyclist for supper today. Ate spaghetti with meat sauce, a salad with greens from my garden, and some garlic bread. Just got home from Braums ice cream store, where we walked to, for desert. :)

My friend's brother who is a doctor, always said to take Mrs. Grass soup when you have a cold coming on - no other brand, not homemade, just Mrs. Grass. I've never had it, I'm just reporting - can't hurt I guess! :)
