How to See Full-Sized Images on GardenWeb

Frustrated that when you click on an image, that the pop-up version is smaller than the original? That happens with portrait-oriented photos because the popup is actually showing you the entire photo, top-to-bottom, which results in a smaller image. And a similar thing sometimes happens with landscape-oriented photos, too.

Here is a trick to see them FULL-SIZED, every time.

This trick works in the Firefox browser. I don't know if it works in other browsers.

I used Leslie's Gardenia Looks Wilted post as an example, because it has portrait-oriented photos.

1. Click on the photo to make it pop out (example above).

2. RIGHT-click on the photo and from the menu, LEFT-click on View Image (example above).

3. The image will open in its own web page location. Note the plus-sign inside a circle in the middle of the photo, indicating a larger version of the photo is available (example above).

  1. Click on the photo and the full-sized image will open. Voilà! (example above).

  2. Click on the Back button to return to the thread.

Hope this is helpful to some!
