Two years ago, a lady got a job at a gas station when she was laid off in the oil field. We still aren't sure why she did this, but when a man jumped into his stolen truck and took off without paying, she ran after the truck and was killed by it trying to stop it. People speculate her employer told her the money would be deducted off her paycheque (which is very illegal in Canada). I still haven't heard otherwise. Anyway, she died as a result of this and left her husband to raise their five year old boy.

Fast forward two years: her husband has remarried and is now living in British Columbia. He is driving back to Calgary with his new wife and child to visit the grave of his first wife as is customary for their faith. He gets almost half way here when there is a car accident and the father dies. EXACTLY two years to the day after his first wife. Their son escapes the accident with bumps and bruises. His new wife has more injuries but will be okay.

This is just so sad for the little boy, who is now 7 and an orphan all because of one _____ who decided to steal a truck and then a tank of gasoline. The ripple effect of those thefts has cost a little boy the life he deserved to have with his parents.
