Baked ziti with Italian sausage and fresh mozzarella. Garlic bread.

Ran errands this afternoon, so got a turkey club sandwich at Drug Mart. I added some horseradish sauce to it. Had that with a glass of milk.

Made hubby tuna cakes with brown rice. I had a chicken sandwich. Hubby ate the rest of the cho. chip cookies for dessert.

Mixed seafood scampi on fettuccine.

Broccoli salad from Costco with some chicken thrown in.

Smothered pork chops,mashed potatoes and gravy,cabbage for SO (ick) and cornbread. My kitchen is a disaster.

Luckily, I am reading this thread after I started preparations for dinner. These dinner threads make my mouth water. I subbed today did not plan dinner. When I got home, I thawed out what I thought was fresh tomato sauce which turned out to be home made tomato soup. The soup is not enough for two, so I am making a quick marinara sauce and will serve it over fresh ravioli. My husband will not appreciate the carbs, but that is how it goes. He watched golf all afternoon, I think.

For me whole wheat crust pizza with tons of vegetable toppings from our favourite pizza joint. For DH and DS from the same place spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs and Greek salad and garlic bread. DH also had fasolada a Greek bean soup. Very yummy and we didn't have to cook. :)

I had left over Cobb salad from lunch today. We couldn't play golf today because of the weather so eight of us met for lunch. It was a friends birthday so I baked some carrot cake muffins and brought them for a treat. Nice to have leftovers ready for dinner tonight because I'm leaving shortly to go play Mexican train.

Omlet, sliced avacado and toasted Eng muffin with red pepper jelly. Apple strudel for dessert!

Beef strog. green beans, dinner rolls and the last of the fresh canned peaches.

I have Lasagna in the oven will have cheese garlic bread.

Had the first event in the "new" house. Garden club meeting which was a great time. I did a presentation on growing orchids. Yummy snacks.

Fried bologna on rye for lunch with Train group at my place.

I really enjoyed my lunch out as I ate at this mall in food court and love eating at Edo's which is they put rice on plate and then veggies are cabbage and broccoli and then I like the steak and shrimp, they always give 6 pieces of shrimp, yummy that dish is.

Fried chicken, white rice, asparagus. I took the skin off my chicken breast, diced it, put it in a bowl of chicken broth, sprinkled with cheese. :0)

BBQ tri tip, south western salad and jalapeno poppers. The poppers were from the grocery store deli - one of my favorites!
