Blight or fertilizer burn?

The picture is wet bc I just hosed down the beds, I don't think I have had any rain in over a week.

My one anemone plant (in a different bed than the one that is blooming) is getting sicker and sick by the day.

I believe it is fertilizer burn from what I threw out on the beds 2 wks ago. I think the granular fert was too concintrated in some areas as some plants have signs of burn while others look great.

But what if I am wrong.

It started with burnt leaf tips, but recently I found the stems at soil level have collapsed. They are plump at the top and plump at the end that is deeper in the soil, but at soil level they are skinny, shriveled and brown.

Could it be some sort of blight? Reaction to slugs? Ect?
