Expanding master bath, adding laundry room?

I don't know if we'll ever do this, but I put this together as an idea for expanding our tiny master bath into the 5th bedroom. This house is on a septic that is only rated for 4 bedrooms, so we can't sell it as a 5BR later on.

I wanted to post this here to see if it's a weird layout, or if it could work (even if it needs some tweaking).

Floorplan currently; thick black circles are where we added ducts from the attic for central A/C to the first floor. Bedroom 5 is our home office.

My thoughts, though not sure about exact dimensions:

Our home office needs two desks/tables for laptops and an external monitor, and a printer. Not much more. If we move the laundry upstairs (door in hallway, not in my master bath), we can have a true mudroom, which we really, really need. It's very tight in there now, with some hooks on the wall opposite the laundry closet by the mudroom entrance. Backpacks, coats, boots, shoes... we're in New England, where we have many kinds of weather in a single week!
