Here in Ontario it's 10C but cloudy, damp and drizzly. I'm cold. I much prefer cold temps with sunshine, I don't feel as cold as I do when it's slightly warmer and damp.

Roast beef on a kaiser with Greek salad is on the menu for today. Thinly sliced onions and barbecue sauce on the roast beef.

Not sure yet, opening day of the rodeo! Oh the choices!!! Houston is hot, muggy and some storms. Typical rodeo weather.

I guess my main meal today was breakfast, I had cornmeal pancakes, lunch was just a hot dog. I will not have anything else the rest of the day. Most of the day was rainy and dreary but now the sun is out and it is breezy,

I'm on outer Cape Cod. It's 41 degrees and spitting rain. Up from the 14 degree high on Saturday. We have sirloin tips marinating in a teriyaki sauce. Will skewer them with pineapple, red bell pepper and red onion. DH will cook them in his RONCO rotisserie. Rice pilaf on the side. I had the pineapple leftover from the weekend, and the veggies. So wanted to use them.

Zoe's for me today. Spinach wrap with salsa and delicious white bean rosemary soup!

Leftovers here. We will be having meat loaf, mashed potatoes and gravy for hubby and brown rice for me along with either pan seared zucchini or steamed asparagus. Haven't decided on which veggie yet.

The weather is cold and drizzly, but it is better than the snow we had on Sunday and Monday. We received a foot of snow, but it's warmed up overnight and much of the snow is gone now. Typical early spring weather in the mountains!

Leftovers here too, I'm not exactly sure in what form. I baked one of the Costco mastercut half hams yesterday, I'll do something with it again today. A breakfast dinner? Or warmed in a skillet with rice pilaf on the side. There will still be plenty for a night of ham with scalloped potatoes, and pot of soup. Or two ;0)

We had DawninCal's snow Sun and Monday and now a 37F rain today. I had to go out this morning (haircut and color) and still don't quite feel like I've warmed up. But I have to get busy - some tax prep is awaiting me. We not in the mountains - sea level, Washington coast.

It's raining in central Ohio and winter returns this evening.

We're baking homemade chicken pot pies along with a tossed salad.

Cold and blustery today, a good day to be indoors! Dinner today is leftovers. A delicious stew of chicken/ham/lima beans, etc. The recipe also calls for okra but it is not readily available here (if ever). I will spoon it over some salad greens and have bread (from our local French bakery) and butter to go along with it.

Super windy and chilly in MN. Leftover rice and beans with turkey sausage and a lot of spice. Excellent!

Heavy rains & lots of wind in mid-TN. Dinner will be homemade chicken noodle soup. I made a caramelized upside down apple cake for dessert.

Rainy, windy and ugly here in NW PA, but warmish (50). We're having vegetable burritos with homemade refried beans I made earlier today. Rice is cooking now.

It was pretty earlier but raining now. I need to go out and feed.....hate the mud. I am not sure what we'll have. I may have a hamburger. My husband has wanted me to fix him a hamburger steak with grilled onions for a couple of days now...so that is probably what I will fix for him. (I live on the Texas Gulf Coast...near Galveston and not very far from Houston.)

Rain all day today and chilly - only 39F at 2pm so not likely to get any warmer. I am having stir fried beef with broccoli over steamed rice

Rarely sit down to a proper meal on a plate. I do a lot of cooking on weekends... dinner and enough for left-overs and lunch. I often pick at stuff here and there. I found 2 lasagna "rolls" in freezer. Into over for 45 minutes or so and I'll pick. Cooked a nice hunka salmon over the weekend and made a salmon salad after flaking the left-overs... lunch for a few days.

Rainy and chilly here, too, with regular rolling thunder and lightning. I'm making beef barley soup, with chopped carrots, onions, and celery; it sure does smell good! I may steam some fresh broccoli to add to it, I want something green with the soup.

Funny how it's raining all over! Today I picked up a chicken at Costco. We'll have that with cranberry sauce and stuffing.

Raining and overcast all day here in south central PA. But not cold, it's 50 right now at 10 til 8 in the evening. (I really feel ripped off for my winter this year. This summer will probably be freaking brutally hot, ugh.)

Anyhow, I grabbed an 8pc bucket of hot and spicy fried chicken from Walmart for our lunch. (If you haven't tried it, do it. Make sure it's the hot and spicy, not just the regular fried chicken) For dinner I browned deer steaks in a skillet, then put them in a baking dish covered with brown gravy and baked for an hour. Served with rice and steamed broccoli and carrots. DH was impressed! lol He said you're back, finally! I've been sick for weeks.

60 and sunny here in Manitou Springs Colorado! I made a pot of red chili. Smothered nachos for dinner.

Rainy here too, fairly warm though. Everything is blooming! We had hard shell beef tacos for dinner.

Yesterday I went out for breakfast, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, rye toast and coffee at my favorite restaurant. It's been sunny and cool but very windy last few days. Currently clear and 24° F (that's -4.444445°C for my fahrenheitically-challenged friends but I'm not sure what's "metric" for "clear"). Winds are 25 mph (which translates to 40.23 km/h) with gusts well over 50 mph (80.47 km/h). My roof must look like a brush pile from the sound of things overnight. Had a beef stick snack late last night. No breakfast yet. Probably will make a meatloaf and cauliflower slaw later today.

Friend and I had a late breakfast out......eggs, bacon, hash browns and whole wheat toast. It's a sunny, very windy day here in north central Minnesota. I will think about evening meal later on!

Dinner was homemade Kung Pao Chicken, with spring rolls.

We had a "warm" day today. I diced left over chicken, we had it over a mixed green salad with mandarin oranges and assorted veggies.

I saw at least 80 on the car thermometer. Dh and I bought the makings for grilled hamburgers. Just ate mine. Pretty tasty.

Rainy and 1 C here in Vancouver BC. I know what a shock. ;) Well it's supposed to be mixed with snow later tonight. We did this weird weather to ourselves. : / It is still weird in March to have snow on the ground with the crocuses and snowdrops.

We had spaghetti with lumpy tomato sauce. :) The lumps are whole cooked tomatoes and veggies. We also had some wonderful cod fish and broccoli .

Tuesday I was planning on making enchiladas but right as I was pre-heating the oven our power went out. We were still able to make guac and we made burritos instead.
