I have some country style pork ribs I will put bbq sauce on and cook in the toaster oven and make a salad of fresh tomatoes, cukes, and vidalia onions. I will probably eat just the salad I can easily make a meal out of that. Too hot to eat much these days. The farm fresh tomatoes are so good this year.

I made meatballs yesterday for meatball sub sandwiches. So today we are having meatballs subs again & salad.

how do you make the meatballs for your subs. Do you get any gravy with the cooking.

We had garlic chicken with rice, rolls and some fresh veggies.

I took the ingredients for 'breakfast for dinner' across the street to cook for my neighbors. We had buckwheat pancakes with pecans and blueberries, ham sausage, a fruit salad.

Leftover grilled chicken and potato salad from Sunday.

Left-over pork loin my DD added to sauteed zucchini, squash, sweet peppers, onions, string beans, and chard, with rice noodles. (I skipped the noodles.)

Absolutely nothing to brag about. I feel like we've done nothing but cook and eat, cook and eat (and of course clean up) since guests arrived from Croatia on the 8th. We're full, and we're tired ;0) Tonight was a down night, they are at my SIL's summer home 1 1/2 hours away last night (we drove up - to eat!) and tonight. Ham and eggs here, and I'm going to bed early.

Lyban, I mixed one pound of ground beef with ½ pound of Italian sausage, added some chopped onion, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese & bread crumbs, rolled into balls & baked at 350º for 20 minutes. I did not make my own sauce this time I took a short cut & used jarred spaghetti sauce.

Went out to eat. Fried green tomatoes (I've never had them?! lived in the south a good portion of my life), followed up with chicken harvest soup.
