Was researching it myself about a month ago and it seems that it's "somewhat common" amongst enthusiasts. I did a lot of my searching on google and google images, there's a chance you may have the compact dwarf variety i've read about. I have about 20 seeds planted of the standard size and am now waiting for them to come up. Might use a nicer one for bonsai, plant one or two as compact upright trees, then give the rest away to friends + family. It'll take years till i get there but it'll be fun in the meantime.

You know there are some plams I really like but there just ain't no use gowing them cuz they do nothing,heres my short list-S.minor,T.nanus,C.humilus( a larger plant would probably remove this from the list but cold hardiness has to be factored in)Needle palms,these are hard to establish this far north but this is one I will probably keep trying as it is extremely hardy!Blue needle palm,I would like to try this again as I think my small one may have come back,they are very sloooow and I will replace with S.louisiana-anyway you get the point,this logic reverses when you consider something like a Washy,they may not be super cold hardy but they repay you with incredible growth!

I love, love, love that Creamy Tomato Soup. I can get the other two at the store I get most of my "goodies" at..but haven't tried them yet. I use ONLY the low sodium organic chicken broth. They are great products, you will be pleased!
