Basement Bathroom - Plumbing v. Vanity

We are finishing our basement and looking for advice in the bathroom. The plumbing was already in place when we purchased the home. Where the pipe for the sink drain comes out of the concrete is at odds with where we want to put the vanity cabinet. We would like to install a 36" cabinet, but the edge of the cabinet would fall right on the pipe. We can see a few options. We are hoping for opinions on these or an alternative that we might not yet considered.

Option 1 - Use a 36" cabinet and cut the corner of it around the pipe. Pros- easy and cheap. Cons- ugly...

Option 2 - Build a half wall behind the cabinet. Pros- bonus shelf above vanity. Cons- more work...

Option 3 - Move up to a 42" cabinet. Cons- We already have the 36" vanity and counter, so that is extra running around. It also infringes on the toilet's space to the left of the vanity.

Here is a photo that shows the pipe entering the floor. I marked where a 36" versus a 42" cabinet would fall.

THANKS :-)
