Bluebirds are really scouting here . . .

Been hosting bluebirds going on 9 seasons now - really a passion of mine. Live in Mid-Missouri and we have had spring-like weather for about a week or more - believe Sunday or Monday broke a record of 76 degrees on Feb. 20 (or 21). Blues have really been scouting out my boxes. They stay here all winter and I feed them home-made peanut butter suet. Had around 6-7 all winter, but believe some of younger ones have gone to find their own housing. Anyone had any serious nest-building going on? It is really too soon here for any egg laying, but some southern areas probably have different timing. Can't wait until it is time - of course, the downside is fighting off the HOSP.
