Have you seen Silk's Protein & Nutmilk?

https://silk.com/products/protein-nutmilk

That was its name when I first bought it last month. I thought the folks at Silk could have done a better job of naming it. Then the second time I bought it, the name was Protein Dairy-Free Plantmilk. I thought that name was worse. Images of milkweed came to mind. But I see on Silk's website, linked above, that they're calling it by the first name.

The product is interesting. I don't know why protein is emphasized, as it contains no more protein than Silk' original soymilk. The new product contains a lot more fat though: 8 grams, as opposed to 4.5 g in soymilk. But both products have only 0.5 g of saturated fat.

The extra fat makes it a nice creamer for coffee, and it's also good on oatmeal and muesli. I wouldn't drink it, but then I don't drink any kind of milk.

Have you tried it?
