Bee safe, what should I be using in my garden?

Hi everyone. I grow a selection of antique and modern roses in my mixed perennial beds. My biggest problems here in MN are black spot, leaf miners (not on the roses, but my poor hollyhocks are favorite targets) and Japanese Beetles (the epitome of evil). I'm trying to come up with a bee friendly treatment plan for my garden. I'd love some suggestions on what to use. I'm think perhaps traps for the beetles set back in the corner of the yard away from all the roses.
