Thanks ckinkopf for your ideas and thoughts. Glad you think it will look okay when we are all done. I think you are the first poster to mention we should have done darker windows, although I have thought that. Ignoring the windows for now is likely what we will do as I am out of ideas for repeating the white. Most of our windows are fiberglass which can certainly be painted. The basement windows and two others on the house are vinyl which I would be more reluctant to paint. The vinyl windows were bought 5 years ago and won't last as long as the fiberglass, so maybe in 10-15 years if they need replacing, we will swap them out for fiberglass and then paint them all a grey to match the window trim. At that point we would need to repaint the siding anyway so we would need scaffolding. Yikes, I hope we finish this reno by the time we need to repaint it all!!!

I'm down to black on black Anderson100 or Marvin Integrity all Ultrex with black exterior and white interior, painted black. But I want to see a painted Ultrex product. It's hard for me to believe I won't be able to take a fingernail across it and scrape it off?. I'm probably borrowing trouble even considering this. I'm not sure if I was quoted incorrectly, but I my Marvin Integrity quote is actually less than the A100 quote (from different seller), which is why I'm considering the paint option. Why are windows so difficult? (And so many more decisions to make)

do you have window coverings? And do you love them? What brand did you go with? House looks great. I read the link someone posted and brought up the black interior and decorating. I was thinking of just doing all black in the living areas and black out with white inside in the sleeping areas. Thanks for the quick response! :) Would love to see more pics of your house. You can find any of these colors for your rain gutter. I used to have a darker, copper-bronze on mine gave you some colors that the gutters can be done in, the black and white paint, along w/some accessories. lots of copper accents w/the bright green foilage. the cobal or marigold pots will also work. When you get samples, get a sample of BM Swiss Coffee, Simply White and Wrought Iron. If you did those colors, you'd get this look. and, they also did the downspouts in the black tone. I know I posted this already, but wanted you to see the dark gutters. (get some address numbers similar to what's shown here too) The lighter copper color would resemble this against the white stucco look at the lighting too. here's the dark bronze shade against the white stucco and the brighter copper. Don't forget to get the exterior lights to match BTW, look how amazing this looks w/the white stucco, black windows/trim, and the black fascia trim against the terra cotta! they did the black downspouts on this one. I like it! I'd like the copper too. love the yard on this one. here's the white stucco w/the downspouts the same color. I dislike the brown trim on this one, but I do love the garage door color and style. The plant ledges are cute. I also like the stained driveway.
