Seed selection (seed superstore). Zone 7a/b Raleigh NC

I'm looking for a better seed blend, Tall Fescue,

I used Lesco Transitions Blend last year.

My front yard is about half full sun, half shade. The shaded area is due to a few maple trees and mostly only gets evening sun. The grass in this area remained mostly weed free, but is also very thin (possibly due to the trees robbing nutrients and/or lack of sun?)

Id like to get a blend that will be best suited for both the sunny and shadier areas.

Also, due to my location, brown patch is more of a problem.

SSS has 3 pre-made blends.

SS1000 - Includes Bullseye, Cochise IV and LS1200.

SS1001 - (Labeled as Sod Quality brown patch blend). Includes Hemi, 3rd Millennium, and Mustang 4.

SS1002 - Shade mix (it says does well in full sun too). Includes Essential, 3rd Millenniium, and Bullseye

Of the blends above, what would be best for my area and yard conditions? SSS suggests the brown patch blend simply due to my location - but brown patch isnt my only consideration.

Any other recommendations on a quality seed to go after?

(yes, I've read SSS is pricey.. other suggestions welcomed. Will call Hogans Company to inquire on their blend since their website has little information)
