Pressure canning tomatoes - which time/pressure

Hello!

I always pressure can my tomatoes to help save some time. I notice there are different time/pressure recommendations from the nchfp. I generally go with 15 mins@10 lbs for quarts of hot packed crushed tomatoes. I was wondering if there are any advantages to using 20mins@5lbs or 10mins@15lbs. Specifically I am wondering about texture of crushed tomatoes and preservation of nutrients.
