Shark Rocket Deluxe Pro

I need three vacuums in my house to eliminate the need for hauling them up and down the stairs. I have Shark Navigators downstairs and upstairs. My attic is carpeted, and the cats hang out up there a lot, so it has its own vacuum--a Home Depot model that is failing.

So when Sam's Club had their one-day sale yesterday, I ordered the Shark Rocket at a good price: $139.99. It seems to have great reviews.

Any KT reviews?

You both were adorable. I, too, have three vacs, Rainbow, Dysen, Eureka upright cordless.

Holy Moly! I got my mop last night, 10 days after ordering from the TV. I'm so happy, the used pads were so gross! I've been wet swiffering almost every day and thought that was doing a decent job, but I hated throwing away all that junk, and didn't like the chemicals around my furries. I read all the entries here and decided I should go for it. My sculptured linoleum kitchen floor is like 30 years old, and I've used everything on it to try to get the grooves clean and the surface shiny. The only thing that came close was ammonia and a scrub brush, elbow grease and fans. I hit the floor twice last night, that is, with two pads. The first one was disgusting, the second was a little better. I thought about all the entries where people have said that it takes a few times to get through all the crud on what you thought was a clean floor, so I relaxed. But I can hardly wait to get home from work tonight and hit it again! Thank you so much to everyone who has contributed to these threads. I am very glad I went with consensus here.

I just read the reviews above. I would like to share, I love steam cleaning, I feel it does efficiently clean and sanitize...the key is, to find the right one. I bought the "new and improved" shark mop and I was not happy with it at all..they should of left it alone,,the old one was much better and I was sick when it went ka-put..they weren't making it any longer..until the new one came out. Mine didn't leak..I found it was very hard to push..the steam wasn't continuous and it "pumped" the steam out as you pushed the mop back and forth..it sits in my closet. I want to buy the lady bug professional steamer..but it is very expensive..I was considering the Haan steam mop..here is the link below I also want to share Shark CS is horrible to deal with. I just bought one today. It was on sale at lowes then another 5% off with their credit card. I used it everywhere and tried out 1 attachment. It goes under almost everything, easy to use, the cup does fill up quick then then that's a good thing, you know its picking up. The cord is almost long enough not to have to keep plugging & plugging. It's self propelled it really goes! So far I like it. lt doesn't have a headlight though :^( I got the HV301 model, the orange one. My other vac is a Dyson which is great but it doesn't get under anything, or have a rotating head, a shorter cord, and very difficult to do upholstery since it has the hard wand and long flex hose to deal with and you have to pull the whole vac around with you. Heavy too. not great to do the car with either.

I read all those reviews here too and ended up getting the one I've linked to below. I found ours at Costco for 160.00 but they don't carry it anymore. It's been a couple of months now and I have to say I like it. It cleans so much better than the Eureka canister we have. The pros: Hands down it has the best suction on rugs and when you turn off the brush it's fabulous on throw rugs. On wood flooring it's not perfect, but still better than most uprights. The cons: Between the strong suction and weight (it's sort of heavy) it can be hard to navigate. IMHO it needs (and I would have paid extra for) a self propelling feature. Also the hose is way too short, as in useless too short. Still, I like it enough to keep it. Shark Navigator Professional

I love my shark navigator and would get more sharks in a minute. I have not tried the rocket but I too have seen good reviews. I am sure it will be a great asset to your cleaning. That picture is darling!

I only have 2, a new Shark navigator and an old Hoover...I love, love the new navigator and would highly recommend any Shark product...We have 2 inside cats and I swear, every time I use that Shark, it picks up enough fur to build another cat...And I thought I was a fairly good house keeper, yikes........

I just check Sam''s Club and it's now out of stock and in every club in my area! I would love to hear how you like it once you get it. I'm thinking of replacing my Dyson canister for something easier to store.

We have the floor/carpet Sonic cleaner and it is a keeper for the deep cleaning days or spots. I would try the vac if I needed one,, since the floor cleaning is so good.

I really need one of those for the rv. I have the little hand held one and some other cheap brand of vacuum we picked up from Walmart for like $40. It's not worth that. If we weren't living in the rv it may be sufficient but these days I need one of those sharks.
