Shelly beans: can, freeze or dry?

Donna

I cook a meal for a celebrate recovery group of about 30 each week. I use the most of my garden produce for this to save costs. This year, I decided to grow beans since I have used so many canned beans this past year. They are convenient to just drain from the can and use in salads, chili, soups, etc. If I am serving bean soup, I use dried beans. So, I planted Tiger Eye and Hutterite Soup Beans. I picked what sounded good from the seed catalog since I have no experience with growing these. (I have grown snap beans, lima beans, and crowder peas, to date) So, my question. Should I can them? Dry them? or blanch and freeze? Space is not a consideration, but convenience on cooking day is. I have a pressure canner. What would you do?
