Grouted 1" marble hexagon floor, how to clean up excessive haze?

Grouted all last night and I think I may have not wiped as well as I should have as I went along, the result is I've got a good amount of haze (some parts thicker than other). The other thing is that there are a few areas were the grout isn't as full as other areas, and also dare I say a little grayer than other parts? So I guess questions would be:
1) Can I regrout over the problem areas to fill them out?
2) What product would work good to clean haze? I've been scrubbing with just a very lightly damp sponge (both hard and soft side) and it only helps a little. I just bought AquaMix Nano scrub per HD's recommendation, would that work?
3) Should I regrout first before cleanup? Or would it be wise to clear all the haze first and then regrout the problem areas?
*I didn't seal before grouting, so the tile came out a little more gray than I would have liked but it doesn't really bother me.
