These were all taken between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm on Sunday. The day was mostly sunny and a high of 82 with low humidity.

What a nice selection of daylilies. Bud Bennet had a way with the color pink. Siloam Melvin's Yellow looks white to me, but its got a nice wide face to it. Happy Independence day to you too..........Maryl

Anika, Foolish Kisses tends to bloom just under 4 inches for me. It certainly depends on the amount of rain we receive. I have had FK for a long time and I love it. I have several of Bud Bennett intros and will be posting them as they bloom. I don't have the one you posted. I will have to find a source that has that one and add to my collection. David

Maryl, That is correct. The person who bought his house was going to attempt to do something of that nature. I had sent them pictures of all the intros of Bud Bennett that I grew and recommended that they look at the AHS registration site to see pictures of his most recent intros. I haven't heard much since that time. I will reach out to him and get an update. I would like to acquire a few more of Mr. Bennett's intros. David

I like the texture of Einstein--very prominent raised ribbing and pinched petals. I don't know anything about the hybridizer. Do you have other Jerabeks?

Hi Mantis,

The only other Jerabek that I grow is SMOOTH JAZZ. I believe Jerabek was from Indiana.
