Windows installation went wrong

Pictures of the windowsHi There,

we had company installing our windows and, per their story, person we
agree to install windows had some issues and they send me somebody else.
Windows are now installed inside house, however outside sealing is not
completed. Installation was supposed to be with brick mold and brick to
brick.

First we have noticed that some sills are smaller then they used to be,
while space to install windows is same for all windows. The, outside, we
have noticed that some windows were pushed way too inside house leaving
no close contact with the outside brick and quite an openings.

I did complain to installation manager about quality of installation,
and they would come back to me today. Meanwhile I am interested if
* windows could be moved to proper position if they are already finished inside.
* is there independent body we can invite to insure that installation was done properly?
* What else I can do in this situation to protect house and installation?
What kind

they have installed 9 windows. 4 of them are "inside house", other 5 seems to have proper sills, but now

I have attached some pictures. On some pictures you can see that brick finishes prior window begins.Pictures of the windows
