Fair price for labor to install replacement HE A/C & Gas Furnace

Hello, I am looking to have a new high efficiency Bryant system installed in the basement of my 1940 SF home. It will replace an existing system. The contractor will have to run some new lines, install a flue liner for the water heater, and do some sheet metal work. I understand that the HE equipment is more time-consuming to install properly. I wanted to see if any HVAC contractors can give me a ballpark figure of what a fair amount is to pay for the installation of a replacement system. I have been able to price out the Bryant gear and by backing this out from the bid I got today, I can see that the first bidder is looking to charge about $7000 for labor. He says it would probably be a two-day job for two guys, and I was expecting the labor component would be more like $3k.
