Feedings should not exceed 1# of nitrogen in a period of one month, although slightly greater amounts can be applied without damage. Starter fertilizers vary in nutrient quantity, e.g. 18-24-6, 24-25-4, 11-28-9, etc. Some contain fast release, some are slow release. Bag rates vary, but I believe morph's recommendations are for 1# of P to be added at each application, which would be greater than most recommended bag rates. You should calculate the amount of N you are applying per your specific starter and application rate and then you can make up the difference to total 1# N. Organic fertilizer application is another matter.

I agree with the location of the dog shower being suboptimal. It's in the front of the house and near the clothes / coats. Where will you store the shampoo and the towles required to dry them off? What about the hair that gets produced in the washing and rub down process - how much of that ends up on the clothes? and the humidity - you need a fan in there. It's way more normal to have a functional laundry room with a sink/ shower, etc. You will now be carrying dirty / hairy dog towels through the foyer kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom to get to the washer. (honestly at this point it might be cleaner to bring the dogs into your master shower! I do that sometimes!) I totally get wanting to have a dog shower (have one) I totally don't get having it where it is and so far away from where the accompanying items need to go / end up. I would also rethink the master sinks. No space that is usable for any kind of normal bathroom grooming. And dead space behind them. Depending on how deep that is, finding counter material could be challenging as well! I don't have an issue with your master shower - mine will be 7x5. I do think you should have 2 shower heads in that space. Make sure you work with the bank (assuming you are getting a construction loan) on a 2 bedroom house. Not sure about your area, but they are hard to finance here, and I expect would be even harder with a self build. Trying to do a self build with a bank is tricky - make sure you have that nailed down. If you are paying 100% out of pocket - then never mind! (and good for you!) You need a interior designer for this if you are this far along with the plans - you should be able to find someone who simply works by the hour.

I'm going back and forth on adding in some small streaks of the green and bits of silver. Here's what I'm thinking as of now: 1) Base coat - Color match to the beige/light gray in the pillow that comes with set (see picture of forest green comforter I added above.) 2) Add a FEW streaks ("strie"- the vertical lines), of the green and light gray (or whatever the "beige/light gray" pillow color is). I would add maybe 1 streak of each every 7 - 8 inches. I probably wouldn't even be using a teaspoon of each color for the entire wall. I doubt it would even show in the pictures, but when one is in the room, they would see a very subtle lines of the green and light gray. And if I even change the comforter, I could just paint over the green and light gray streaks. 3) Add the metallic paint (something light and "pearly") as the final coat on the headboard wall. 4) Paint the rest of the walls in the base coat (the beige/ light gray color matched from the pillow.) I really like the "drama" of the forest green comforter against the light walls. I also love that large gold metallic vase in @Molly 's picture. Thinking of doing something like that in a pewter. Now just have to find a massive vase that doesn't cost $300+ dollars.
