Hello! I bought this plant a few months ago. I think it's some kind of Senecio but I haven't managed to ID which type. It's about 6'' high.

It doesn't seem to like watering? Whenever I water I do it very scantily and it still behaves as if I overwater it (Yellowing droppy leaves that start to fall off). And I only watered it twice in all this time!

It has lost many leaves from the bottom up, and even though that is usually normal in plants these have dried from the base up, not from the tip down as most plants do.

Another thing that confused me is that the stalk became purple. It's not soft or anything, It just went from being as green as the leaves to dark purple. It gets full sun as it's on a north facing balcony (Southern hemisphere)

It's in some kind of sandy soil, I haven't repotted it from the soil I got it from.
