Hi everyone,
Happy Easter to all who celebrate today. I am also celebrating my 26th birthday today. There was one other year Easter and my birthday were on the same day, but that was clear back in my elementary school days.
Without further ado, here is this year's Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cake (I picked out the colors-it's also all vanilla with the chocolate cookie center). Dig in, everyone!

Comments (46)Thank you so much for all of the wonderful birthday wishes!!! Eccentric, I've been wondering where you've been! I was going to post a Where is eccentric post. Today was a GREAT day. I got some awesome presents from hubby. Some were kitchen-related (naturally!) and also a beautiful multi-chained necklace. And some money which we'll use to get me some jeans and pants. God I hate clothes shopping but it's time to do it. We spent the day in the town where Luckygardnr lives. It's an arty-fartsy tourist town, and we had a great time. Had beef-barley soup and fish and chips for lunch and we're still full. Gave Lucky a call and she and her DH were home so we went around for a nice visit. All in all a fantastic day. Comments (21)Jasdip, the KT is listed as my favorite site, (Been a Garden Web member since I got my first PC, in !997.) but ever since iVillage bought GW, we never know what might change. A lot of KTers don't have a birthday listed on their profile; I guess that is their choice, or not. Any way, at least I still know when mine is! Susan, that isn't my helmet; it is my DGS's DW's. They ride a lot. He would never have taken me with out it. But I didn't really like the "Harley helmet hairdo" when I saw the pic. The only other time I rode was once, at their house, around the block, so this was my maiden voyage. I appreciate all your kind, and flattering, replies. If there is a reason for my being at this age, it is because I am not a worrier, and I prefer to use common sense and logic in all things and the BIGGIE: I truly believe that laughter is the best medicine. I love (good, clean) humor and try my best to spread it around. The cupcake girl's DH is the photographer, but he didn't take any of the refreshment tables.
