such a pretty table, perfect for Easter. i love the depression ware. it always looks beautiful on tables. I really have to restrain myself when ever I see it in stores, it is pricey. Thanks for sharing and joining us here. Nana

Well I just lost my entire post!!! How in the world do I do that??? Punk, I'm calling this blue Turquoise since that is the birthstone for March. I like the way the flash makes the stems light up too. I added the gems for more sparkle. The Tree is a White Birch branch. I've been using for years, it's really brittle now and will need to be replaced soon. Candy the crocheted placemats are vinyl and came from CTS, I think Michaels has them also. Jane, These colors speak to me as well they are so Springy. and I love pastels. I used the daffodils and jonquils because they are the flower for March. Karen, I think that little shoe is cute, and I thank my DF for lending it to me. Jeanne, Those cups absolutely belong with my plates!!! they would be perfect for whimsical Spring Tea Party. Gosh it would be fun to get together and see what we could come up with....Where is that bus when you need it???... My tree does take a while to decorate, especially since I decide to move to another location AFTER it is trimmed! Frou, The placemats came from CTS, but I think Michaels has them too. I found Mr and Mrs. Bunny this year I think they are the right size to go with the tree. I'm glad you all enjoyed my pictures. Thanks for all your wonderful comments. NanaK

How sweet it is. I really enjoyed Buddy's reaction to the "Easter Bunny." I'll bet that bunny felt like a rock star with the wee ones. Heh. That picture is a definite keeper. I also loved the sweet, sleepy look on Makayla's face. Looks like she had enough excitement for one night. I hope she made a killing on the Easter Egg Hunt. Beautiful kids, beautiful pictures AB. Good call dad. There was a recall on some chocolate coins a while back. Yours may or may not have been a part of that. My kinds know they aren't supposed to eat the candy made in China. I don't knowingly buy it. It's hard to keep it away. At Halloween, I went and read labels in the stores. When we trick or treated, anything that looked like it was from China got thrown out. The kids still go to school and get candy as rewards from the teacher, bus driver, and special events. I find wrappers from that same junk that I've been trying to avoid. My 5 yo dd had an Easter party last week. A well meaning grandmother made party bags and loaded them up with junk from the $ stores. My kids are used to getting the better stuff. Dd took one bite and spit it out because she thought it tasted yucky. I saw other kids eating it. It made me sad. I didn't feel I was in a position to say anything.
