Vaguely related, every single thread I read has "A copy of further followups will be emailed to this poster" in bold just under the message box. That used to show up only when someone really was wanting to recieve followups, but I see it even in threads I start and I know I haven't checked that box. Actually, if memory serves correctly, the "check here if you would like post replies emailed to you" box used to only show up on the original post and I see that constantly now too. Ghost box? Poor memory? Not sure...

Hi Sue - It worked! I happened to see my name in the Recent Posts widget (love that thing!). I don't see anything from you in the mailbox, so I'm not sure what's going on. Can you email me directly? My email is listed on my profile. We'll get it figured out. Btw, email notifications not being received is typically a problem with your ISP and the fact that these emails are auto-generated. Many times they are pinged as spam before they hit your mailbox. We regularly contact these ISPs and ask to be white listed. Sometimes it works and sometimes we are ignored. ;) Universities and businesses tend to be the most cautious. If anyone else is having problems, let me know and I can check the list. Oh, and if anyone is using Verizon.net -- you won't be getting your notifications. They refuse to even acknowledge our emails. Very frustrating.

Dedtired, I've tried loading clippings on FF and had no issues. As Christine and Sue suggested, I would make sure that Javascript is updated and to also try it on a different browser, if that's an option for you. Thats the only chance you get to select that box. You also have to have this enabled on your profile in order for it to work. Even if you check the box, it won't work unless the profile settings allow it.
