Health and Nutrition help needed

As I mentioned once before on here I have been following a diet, health whatever you call it plan for about 6 months now. I have a smoothie for Breakfast, maybe an apple and youghurt for lunch. and a small size healthy dinner. Alot of salads. No junk food, nothing sweet, no drinks, a lot of water

I have lost quite a bit of weight but need to continue and would like to change my smoothie .

Here is what I use now:

1 scoop Slim Fast choc. powder, 1/4 cup egg whites, 1 tablespoon flax meal powder, 1 small banana, into 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.

What I am thinking of changing is keeping everything the same in my smoothie except putting 1 scoop Kaizen whey isolat protein powder instead of the slim fast. Costco Canada now has it on sale.

when I read about whey powder, they talk about adding muscle as if I were in body building which I am not so is this going to be OK for me to change or is it too much of a muscle building thing.

As you can see I am very illerate on this type of thing. any help appreciated.
