Purple spots on Ficus Lyrata

Hi all, I have a much loved fiddle leaf fig tree that has started to develop dark brown almost purple spots on new leaves. I'm concerned its root root as the poor plant was caught in a house flood 2 weeks ago. The floor was soaked in a large puddle of muddy water, so the base of the plant was sitting in it for a few hours. Since then I have had it outside for the sunny days to try and dry it out and brought it back inside for rainy weather. It could be the change in positions around the house ? But I thought being outside when possible might give it a boost of life. I also have noticed a few mealybugs on the tree and other house plants. I've wiped the leaves with apple cider vinegar as was told this was a good natural pesticide treatment for mealybugs.. Lastly I use a seasol liquid fertilizer once every couple of months.. Any thoughts or advice would be much appreciated!
