Lucky you! I second the hypertufa geode idea...only because it's something I want to try too! Other than that, there are so many cool things you could do with it - I've seen it used over fabric, painted surfaces, tissue paper, even candy wrappers! Two things jumped out. One, you love the Raspberry Truffle and two you mention your cherry woods. I would direct you to greens. Green would do the most in helping to further enhance the Raspberry and will help feature the cherry items. If you select the right green, it won't look or feel Christmas-y. Raspberry Truffle is a versatile red, cherry wood tones are usually easy to mesh with wall color. Braided rug could be a different story. You do not HAVE to PULL a color directly from the rug for a wall color. Actually it's best if wall colors do not have a specific, in-your-face obvious point of origination. But, having the rug before you choose the green for the wall color could make things a lot easier for you to put together a cohesive, harmonizing palette. Good luck to you and your boys. :-)

Sorry to hear about the storm and all the damage. Yes, they will root very nicely in water. Trim off any stems/leaves that are sitting in the water as you don't want them to rot and smell. You should probably remove the flowers too, unfortunately. The bottom parts that are in the ground will put out new branches and flower as normal (just a bit later than their companions), so no worries there. For the splinted one, you could wrap it with masking tape or electrical tape. It might come back in the morning, and would probably appreciate some shade if you can rig something up. If not, even if it is badly wilted in the morning, you could cut it off and pop it in a bucket of water to revive it, then put it in a vase to root with the others. Something that helps with is Willow which acts as a root stimulant. If you have access to any, you could cut small branches and pop one in with each tomato plant, but you probably don't need it because tomatoes are so keen to push out more roots along their stems. Thanks everyone, so, it is a condo, so exterior windows aren't an option (I don't think our upstairs neighbors would enjoy having a skylight into our bathroom in their living room). using the bathroom during a dinner party I was thinking using the toilet, not a shower the red is just the wall that will have the door leading into the enclosed bathroom the wet room is a toilet and shower but that is what we're taking OUT here are the current dimensions with the vanity in the open and the bath/toilet wetroom and vanity in the loft with a pony wall to the left if your facing the mirror Here is the proposed design that walls off the bathroom into one larger unit. So while I appreciate the design advice, and I admit it's a little strange, I just need to know what I need to price out the correct window to make my decision. Does it need to open? Do we need glass that better deals with heat transfer? If we DO do the window should we stretch the window to the door for a more picture window look? thank you!
