Judy - I have attached a link to CNET. It has an explanation of how and what you need to download. The download is for software that you purchase - but you can use it in DEMO mode for seven days without purchasing. It limits your record time to one hour segments, unless you purchase it. It might get you by if the segment is under an hour. I would say the very easiest way would be to put a tape recorder in front of your computer speakers and record it that way. If you don't have a tape recorder - you could check into borrowing one - often Library's have them to lend.

I just did this last week for my new laptop. To export Bookmarks: Go to the top row of the Firefox window...The one with File,Edit,History... Click on Bookmarks, then select "Organize Bookmark" A window will open...in the top line...click on "Import and Backup" then select Import. It will ask you for a file to copy to.. To restore the bookmarks onto the new laptop, follow the same steps, and select restore. Good Luck....it really works nice. The hardest part is finding where to do it.

I found a place that said I had to check it to be blocked either for mail or news....I checked news, then it let me uncheck it for mail...so now I am able to send myself mail again. I use that a lot to mail myself pictures from my phone. Looks like I got it figured out.. Don't have a clue what the "news" thing is that I won't be able to get anymore...lol patti

What Cynic meant by "You might not have selected the option to make it available for all users. was that you need to put the icon in the All Users profile. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop Anything that is in the All Users profile will be available to each individual person who has a profile on that computer. If you just put it into one specific profile -- whether it's the Administrator, you, your husband, etc., it will only be available to that person. Since you said that you were "in the administrators side of the system" when you dragged it to the Desktop, it's only available to the Administrator. So, you can just go back in as the Administrator, go to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop, right click on it and choose Copy, then go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop and right click anywhere there's empty space and then choose Paste.
