Like Debby said, I go to my server and check e-mail deleting a bunch and can tell the really big ones that take forever to download and just delete them before letting OE download the rest for me to read later. I had that problem with umpteen downloading the same thing and nothing else and was stumped. Called the guy that runs our local ISP and he told me to go to the server and dumb me didn't even know I could do that:( After he gave me some simple instructions I was okay and since then, that's what I do and can delete unwanted, looonnng e-mails. Since I'm on dial up, those movies and such they forward take too darn long to download and I just delete them. Doesn't do any good to tell my friends not to send them, they never listen to me.

I am always losing mine - do what Lindakathy mentioned. Drag the mouse when you see the arrows. To get it right sometimes I end up putting the tool bar at the top then I have to drag it down, then it ends up on the side but eventually I can get it to the bottom again. LOL Start by dragging the line on the bottom up and see if your toolbar appears. Anne

I clicked on the link in the other thread. The page is Java driven, so they have to make sure they have Java. There are two different Java downloads. So sorry that I cannot remember the difference between them or their individual purposes. If I'm not mistaken, there are Java Script and Java Runtime Environment, but don't hold me to those. I found it very confusing but was able to get them both downloaded. That was many months ago, so I don't remember. After you get them downloaded, you want to make sure to enable them in your browser. Ivamae - You can go to Mail2Web and delete it from there. Once you delete it, it is GONE! You can see who it is from, etc., on the M2W site - and you can even open it there if you want. It will still take a long time. You will need to enter your email address and your email password to get to you emails. Mail 2 Web is a good site to check your email when you are traveling. You can delete the emails or leave them. If you leave them, they will go into your inbox when you get home. Here is a link that might be useful: Mail 2 Web
