Comments (26)What I cannot believe is when people (like Reem) say they are cold in Fiji. The water temperature is 88°F, and the low temperature at night is around 78°. If anyone can feel cold under those conditions, then they do not belong on the show. Just saying. I was outside in the rain in Fiji at night, and I still did not feel like I was cooling off, and I am very used to hot weather. I think Reem was also the one who did not know the difference between "lie" and "lay" - whoever it was claimed to be a lawyer, and it's difficult to believe that anyone could get through law school without understanding elementary school grammar/language. I have a feeling that this season is the one that they started when we left Fiji, as the cyclone that they had in the previous season was from 2017....See MoreSurvivor and Amazing Race start tonight!
Comments (13)I don’t ever watch Survivor, but was happy to see AR back to the format of using ’regular’ people and not celebrities as participants. I think the reason it seems to drag for the first coiple of episodes is the continual introduction of the contestants. they seem more focused on you knowing their backgrounds than what is happening....See More9/18 Survivor starts tonight
Comments (19)DH and I just looked at each other in disbelief. I think there must’ve been some wild editing going on because I can’t believe they made that choice based on what we saw. Will this be another season in which most of the air time will be devoted to the one having constant and manipulative emotional breakdowns? I hope not. I‘d like to see more Naked and Afraid (sans hunting and being naked) and less Big Brother in The Jungle. This ”New Era” phase is not as enjoyable to me as old Survivor. Ok, I’m done grousing. Next week should be interesting. ETA: Just an FYI — Reddit has an active Survivor sub, too. We can’t direct link here, but a search brings it up....See More- last month
