Ice cream for everyday?

We started using our ice cream maker more frequently which is fun. While I really enjoy ice cream with a custard base, recipes that use a bunch of egg yolks are not practical for frequent consumption. Does anyone have a good "base" recipe for ice cream Philadelphia style (without eggs)? I specifically am interested in the ratios of cream, milk and sugar. Also, any decent vegan base recipe? I have done a vegan ice cream with coconut milk and peanut butter that was delicious. Hemp milk has also made good ice creams for me so I am open a range of ideas. Thank you.
