I did not eat lunch today so this evening I had a piece of fried chicken, two ears of sweet corn, and a couple of store bought cookies. I have been drinking iced tea. Beautiful day here as well.

Hasn't the weather been wonderful lately--the sunset last night looked like something from another planet.

Tonight is baked steak with sweet potatoes, potatoes, kohlrabi, carrots and freshly dug elephant garlic, and sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.

I made cheesy chicken and rice in the aroma cooker.

I had ribs and fries. Local BBQ place has special on Tuesday- - full rack of ribs at price of half rack. I froze enough for two more meals. Good deal

I made what could be best called a Mexican Stir fry with chicken, onions, and peppers and fresh tomatoes, over black beans and rice.

I had Cajun crab au gratin. I love that stuff. Very rich, so a small bit.

This morning, toast (honey wheat bread ) and real butter.

I made what I call 'zucchini pizza'.... I use a split zucchini to replace the traditional crust and add toppings of choice. Last night it was made w/ sauce, lots of sweet basil, sweet and hot peppers, pepperoni, and cheddar and provolone cheese. yum!!!
