I bought a big pizza to cook from the deli so that's dinner tonight. I have some sliced tomatoes and Vidalia onions for a little salad.

we'd found these chicken pops (raw chicken on sticks) and had to finished them up... from Costco in the freezer dept...don't bother...I did slightly over baked, but just didn't care for the flavor..(from Canada, btw)

Ham and spinach quiche, and some homemade split pea soup. I have a lot of leftover ham.

Stuffed patty pan squash is on the menu, as much as I hate to use the oven. The stuffing will consist of squash innards, jalapeno and chipotle peppers (small doses), corn, chopped tomato, quinoa, seasoned with a little cilantro, lime zest, and topped with queso fresco.

It's gotta be good, right?

A neighbor brought over a Sugar Baby watermelon which will be enjoyed later.

I just had a lunch meat sandwich for supper with cheese.

Petrole sole, tomato from the garden, broccoli and french bread. Pretty good!

I started with a tomato from the garden. Then had broiled swordfish, couscous, and steamed asparagus. Dessert was a small piece of blackberry/wineberry pie ala mode.
