Who reloaded your replacement hard drive? I would go back to that person with this problem since it seems that something was omitted that should have been included.

I had a terrible time with word 2010 and finally found a site that told me how to fix the problems. I opened a blank document in word, went to file, then options, then proofing and "auto correct while typing". I removed every check mark that area except for spelling and may have removed one or two in there. I could be typing and it would change things while I was typing, very annoying. That solved all of the problem I was having except for one and finally solved that one.

I agree with azinoh here. This is a valuable gift and who can say what you might get up to once you retire and all that spare time on your hands. Seriously, this is a nice offer not to be ignored. Remember you can always delete it later but you cannot install what you have refused to accept.

Candler, Are you perhaps confusing an e-mail address with a web site address? You say "Anyway, I wanted to get on a site listed as "membership@kwva.us" The @ symbol in it indicates it is an e-mail address, not a [web] site. Web site addresses do not have @ symbols. In this case it is simply kwva.us ... or www.kwva.us will also work. Web site addresses are entered into a web browser (for example Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or Firefox), not into an email program (Outlook, Outlook Express, or Thunderbird). If you are wanting to send an e-mail to membership@kwva.us and are using the correct program (Outlook) ... then the Send button seems to be missing per your screen capture. There should also be a Send function somewhere else. Click on the various program menu buttons (such as File, Tools, and maybe Options) to check if it's there.
